Pressure Washing For Concrete, Masonry, And Loading Areas
We use controlled pressure washing for durable surfaces such as concrete sidewalks, parking decks, loading docks, brick, pavers, and selected masonry. These areas commonly collect tire marks, oil residue, food grease, algae, soil, and winter debris. We select the nozzle, pressure, and cleaning agent based on the surface’s age, condition, and porosity.
Surface testing helps us avoid etching concrete, displacing joint sand, damaging mortar, or forcing water into cracks. We pretreat oil and organic staining when appropriate, control runoff, and use recovery methods where local requirements or site conditions demand them. Hot-water cleaning can improve grease removal in loading areas, while lower pressure and wider spray patterns provide better control around older masonry and delicate joints.
